Mimi San Pedro is the current Chief Strategy Officer at The Venture Center. Mimi has also served as the Chief Marketing Officer for NLC Products, Inc. from March 2016 to August 2018, and as the Vice President of the Global Marketing Group for Acxiom Corp. from September 2006 to September 2009.

Mimi is responsible for digital strategies to achieve company's aggressive growth plans. Mimi also manages the building of a robust e-commerce structure, online lifestyle content and consumer-specific marketing initiatives. In addition, they are responsible for building and mentoring a high performing team of marketers, buyers and creatives. Mimi works closely with buyers/merchants/suppliers to execute more cross-channel marketing, including social media. Furthermore, they are responsible for rebranding of company titles to establish continuity and messaging, as well as expanding and focusing product offerings and expanding extensive consumer reach through digital channels. Finally, they analyze customer data for the development of marketing strategies for retention, consumer acquisition, more targeted product offerings and profitable sales & marketing programs.

Mimi San Pedro's educational career began at Mount St. Mary's Academy, where they studied computer science. Mimi then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where they earned their degree in computer science.
