Vatsal Juneja is the Head of Engineering at The Vetted. Vatsal has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on software development and management. Vatsal started their career as a Full-stack Developer at GetMeAShop, where they were a founding member of the DIY business enablement platform for SMB’s to manage their complete online presence. Vatsal then transitioned into the role of Technology Lead, and was responsible for strategic initiatives on technology selection, prototype development, research and development, and process improvement. Vatsal also remodeled the team structure and streamlined processes for stronger ownership of core technology and delivery tasks. In their most recent role as Engineering Manager at [Times Internet](/org/times-internet), they supervised and mentored the complete technology team, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning. Vatsal also prioritize and managed the workload of a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery and providing ongoing technical guidance. Vatsal has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
Vatsal Juneja attended the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, where they earned an Integrated Masters Degree in Applied Mathematics. Vatsal was active in various extracurricular activities, including web development, programming, robotics, and the ACM. Vatsal was also a member of the Codefest and Technex teams.

Jared Ezzell is the current Chief Customer Officer at [The Vetted](/org/the-vetted). Jared has over 18 years of experience in the corporate world, with a focus on compliance and supply chain solutions. Prior to their current position, Jared was the Global Compliance and Supply Chain Solutions Lead at [Dun & Bradstreet](/org/dun-bradstreet). Jared has also held positions as the Director of Sales at LiveCapital and National Account Executive at SierraCities. In 1996, Jared started their own company, McGuire Capital, LLC, which they ran for two years before joining SierraCities. Throughout their career, Jared has demonstrated their ability to build and lead successful teams, as well as their expertise in compliance and supply chain management. Jared is a highly respected leader in the corporate world, and their experience will continue to be a valuable asset to [The Vetted](/org/the-vetted).

Jared Ezzell received their BA in finance from the [University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill](/org/university-of-north-carolina-at-chapel-hill). Jared then attended [Georgia State University](/org/georgia-state-university) to earn their MBA in finance.

Dudley Brundige is the CFO and Head of Partnerships at [Certa](/org/certa). Dudley has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, working in both the private and public sectors. 

Brundige began their career as an analyst in the Merchant Banking Group at Prudential Securities. Dudley then moved to Prudential Financial's U.S. Private Equity Group, where they developed models to analyze potential investments in the telecom and business services sectors. 

After a brief stint at [American Express](/org/american-express), Brundige spent 10 years at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), where they held a variety of positions, including SVP, Industrials and Technology, Corporate Markets; General Manager, Industrials, Corporate Markets; and Head of Corporate Research, Americas. Dudley then joined [Certa](/org/certa) in 2018 as CFO and Head of Partnerships. 

Brundige has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
