Kayleen N. Berwick

Kayleen N. Berwick currently serves as Director of Leadership Annual Giving at the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association, with a progressive career in annual giving roles since June 2021. Prior to this, Kayleen held significant volunteer coordination positions at Boats & Bluegrass and Frozen River Film Festival, where responsibilities included managing large groups of volunteers and overseeing event logistics. Earlier experience at Winona State University encompassed various roles related to annual giving and event coordination, complemented by positions in arts organizations such as the Great River Shakespeare Festival and the Winona Symphony Orchestra. Kayleen holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation & Tourism from Winona State University.
