Freelance Audio Post Mixer | Sound Designer at The Weather Channel

Justin Matley's work experience includes starting their own company, Matley Productions, in 2010, where they worked as the Owner and Audio Factotum. In 2013, they became the Owner of Black Oak Sound. Justin then began freelancing as an Audio Post Mixer and Sound Designer for various companies, including MSNBC and WWE in 2014. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance Audio Post Mixer and Sound Designer for Major League Baseball, The Weather Channel, and the National Hockey League (NHL). In 2021, they continued their freelance work with ITV America and NBC News. Most recently, in 2022, they started freelancing for Nickelodeon.

Justin Matley attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they pursued a degree in Music Performance and Sound Recording Technology. The duration of their enrollment is unspecified. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Music degree from the university.
