Caroline Carruthers is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Transformation at The Weir Group PLC, Caroline also contributes as a board member for Business Beats Cancer at Cancer Research UK. Previous positions include HR Director and Global Head of HR in Investments at abrdn, along with leadership roles in HR across the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions at First Sentier Investors. Caroline gained experience in HR in Greater China and the Corporate division at Herbert Smith Freehills.
