Rebecca Gallagher holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, complemented by academic training in Marketing Business Administration. Rebecca currently serves as an AI and Data Governance Business Analyst at The Weir Group PLC, leading the development of Responsible AI risk management frameworks and governance policies. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Information Management Analyst at Capricorn Energy PLC, where Rebecca implemented comprehensive information governance for the company’s assets in Egypt. At echo3education, Rebecca developed eLearning materials and utilized expertise in health, safety, security, and environment. Rebecca also held senior positions at Hess Corporation, focusing on electronic document management solutions, as well as serving as Marketing and PR Manager for Armada Retail Concept Group, where promotional strategies within the fashion industry were driven across multiple countries in the Middle East.
