About The Position

Background. Theator is a team dedicated to the alleviation of variability and disparity in the world of surgery. We do so by leveraging cutting-edge deep tech to understand what surgical best practices look like in the real world. Computer vision allows us to structure unstructured surgical footage. A variety of other AI tools help us understand context, then identify best practices to guide humans and robots and provide billions around the world with access to safe and affordable surgical care.

We're looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Establish internal bookkeeping @Theator
• Implementation of new finance ERP system
• Prepare month-end closing and reconciliations
• Bank account management and reconciliations
• AP management local & global -Invoice processing & payments
• Inter-Company reconciliations
• Overseeing the Company’s payroll process
• Reports to the authorities -VAT, Income Tax, and Social Security

Requirements:

• Bookkeeping qualification- Level 2-must, Level 3- advantage
• 4 years of bookkeeping experience, Hi-Tech Companies or multi-national company- Advantage
• Strong Microsoft excel skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to details
• Ability to work in a hyper-growth environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and Self driven
• Priority/NetSuite Experience – Advantage
• Team player and service-oriented
• Solid verbal and written English skills
