Lexi Wruck

Lexi Wruck, PhD, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning at ThedaCare since August 2022, in addition to a role as a Board Member for Wisconsin HOSA since April 2023. Previously, Wruck held leadership positions including Director of Human Resources and Community Engagement at Van Zeeland Nursery & Landscape, and Account Manager and Medical Financial Recruiter at TotalMed, Inc. Additionally, Wruck contributed to the Board of Directors for Being there - Reaching out, focusing on recruitment and fundraising efforts for families of Wisconsin’s Fallen Military. Wruck's experience also includes roles as a Student Ambassador and Lead Preschool Teacher at Mount Mary University, as well as internships in public health and programming in South Africa. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Communication and Media Studies from Liberty University, an MPH from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and a bachelor’s degree in Health Communications, Education, Theology, and Peace-Building from Mount Mary University.
