Aaron Field

Aaron Field is an accomplished professional specializing in conservation and natural resource management, currently serving as the Director of Private Lands Conservation at the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership since June 2022. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions at North Dakota State University, including Program Director and Specialist, as well as Program Coordinator for Soil and Water Leadership Development from August 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, Aaron worked as an Assistant Professor in Agriculture and Rangeland Management at Chadron State College from July 2016 to July 2020. Aaron's educational background includes a PhD in Range Science and an MS in Natural Resources Management from North Dakota State University, along with a BS in Biology from the University of Jamestown.
