Dylan Enright is Chief Growth Officer at The Org where he leads business operations and cross-functional growth.


Dylan has built a career in growth, product, and investing at startups and in politics. He was formerly the National Finance Director for Andrew Yang’s Presidential Campaign where he led all growth and fundraising efforts. Previously, he led growth and fundraising at companies like YC backed Wefunder - the pioneer and market leader of investment crowdfunding.


Dylan has a track record of discovering and supporting some of the country's best entrepreneurs. Some of Dylan’s seed investments include Meow Wolf, Ginkgo Bioworks, Move, Everipedia, Red Bay Coffee, Hops and Grain Brewing, Ben and Jerry's Venice Beach, and Navier.


Most recently, Dylan founded Income Movement, a national foundation and political action committee leading the grassroots wave of basic income.


Dylan earned a degree in Economics from Boston College in 2012. In off hours, Dylan enjoys visual art, skiing and running rivers. He currently lives in Brooklyn.
