Customer Success Manager

Hello! I’m Julia, the Customer Success Manager at The Org. I primarily work with our verified company users to help drive value from the platform, strategize together about adapting new features, and how to use The Org for a variety of different use-cases. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure every customer is making the most of their presence on The Org and understanding the power of a public org chart. I’ve learned that The Org is so much more than just a collection of public org charts. We’re creating a community for teams to collaborate, provide an inside view of company culture and show potential candidates where they would fit into an organization. Most importantly, we help companies show off their greatest asset – their employees.

Prior to The Org, I worked at AlphaSights, a Global Knowledge Search Firm. I was a client-service associate and project manager during my time there, working closely with our clients to deliver data for their due diligences. My experience at AlphaSights helped spark my passion for working in a more entrepreneurial environment and in an external-facing role, constantly meeting new people and building working relationships outside of my own team.

A little bit about me: I am a dual citizen of the US and Sweden, having grown up in Stockholm. I graduated from Tufts University in 2019 with a BA in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship. At Tufts, I also played Varsity Tennis, serving as a two-time Captain (go ‘bos!). In my free time, you’ll find me running on the westside highway, having dinner with friends, or binge-watching NCIS.
