Sara Rashid

Sara Rashid is a Project Manager at The Org. She was most recently a Research Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she worked in the Boards and CEO Advisory Practice on board placements and leadership advisory services. She previously worked at Gerson Lehrman Group for four years, helping private equity firms and hedge funds with their market research and investment due diligence. Sara grew up in Dhaka, Bangladesh and currently lives in New York City. She received a B.A. in Economics and Art History from Mount Holyoke College.
