We're a multi-disciplinary design team that’s responsible for The Org’s product design, visual design, and brand.
How we work
On the design team, we’re responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality user experience across all product touch-points, while also making sure that our brand is communicated clearly to potential users.
What makes us unique?
We’re a small team of three (🇸🇪, 🇩🇰, 🇬🇧) with backgrounds in product, brand, graphics, and motion design. We all have a unique combination of skills and interests, and we encourage each other to knowledge-share as much and often as possible to help us develop as a team and individuals.
We share a belief that good design is about delivering good usability and solving problems to help our users achieve their goals. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and while we agree that design is not just ‘how it looks’, we do care about the finer details and strive to go the extra mile to deliver a delightful experience to our users that they’ll remember.
How we work
At The Org, design is highly valued and we’re invited to take part in projects at an early stage to begin identifying problems and think about possible solutions right from the start. In Copenhagen, we work closely with the product and engineering teams to build and ship new features, and in New York, we work with the Marketing, Content and Growth teams to make sure everything we produce is connected to our brand identity.
We work both independently and collaboratively on problems, but no matter which task you’re trying to solve, we always have time to help each other out.
