How we work

Our purpose

Our mission is to ensure The Org is an environment where you don’t have to change who you are to belong.

Why do this? Firstly, we know intuitively that fostering diversity, equity and inclusion is the right thing to do. But also, embracing diversity, equity and inclusion is at the heart of our culture and ultimately our success. Diverse teams with diverse perspectives are more creative and innovative.

If you don't meet anyone like you during your interview process, don't be afraid to ask. We are a group of singles, parents, people of color, straight and rainbow. We proudly stand by our team and have Juneteenth as a public holiday as well as celebrate pride month. We have unlimited vacation and you can use that as you see fit, if you celebrate something special or want to support a cause you believe in. We have +18 nationalities and a ton of dialects and that is something that makes us proud. We believe diverse perspectives create better products.

How we work

In the "Belonging starts here!" group we come together minimum once a month as a half workgroup and half resource group. We brainstorm and tac team on initiatives that attracts diverse candidates to the org, educates allies and create a nurturing environment for our minority groups.
