Our purpose

The marketing department is on the front lines of the business, responsible for delivering on visitor, signup and activity goals at The Org. We work on all aspects of marketing and communications, across everything from content, paid, email, product marketing, social media, community building and PR.

In a few words, our team culture is: adventurous, experimental and results-driven. We are a culture of "why not," keeping our eye on the bottom-line impact our work delivers for the overall business. We like to experiment with new channels, messages, strategies and processes - staying agile but focused.

How we work

We have weekly checkins and are a deeply cross-functional team, regularly collaborating with the partnerships team, design team, product team and Insights editorial team. Marketing is the glue which connects these departments and helps present a unified and powerful picture of The Org as a platform for the future of work.
