The Operations team is a diverse group united by one goal: help others achieve their business goals. We do this by partnering with other teams to provide them data analytics, research, and process improvement support. Across the team, we love to think creatively and critically to uncover both new insights and inefficiencies, then act upon our discoveries. We take pride in our work and enjoy celebrating a job well done, often with tacos.
How we work
Our primary function is to help the company operate more efficiently as we scale. Operations team includes our Research, Analytics and Business Operations team
Two words come to mind when thinking of Operations at the Org: versatile and cross-functional. We are constantly trying to improve alignment and execution across the company. Specifically, we try to implement and improve company-wide and team-wide processes to help us operate more smoothly. We are also in charge of a number of ancillary company functions, including user support and legal.

Our team embodies a growth mindset and we constantly look for ways to improve as people and professionals. We don’t like getting too comfortable in our roles, as we want to constantly take on new challenges that help us grow and learn. We strongly believe in creative problem solving, transparency, and autonomy and we care about providing value wherever we can.
How we work
Our weekly workflow is project-based and generally involves members of other teams. We have daily check-ins with the Research and Analytics teamsand we brainstorm and prioritize new project ideas as a part of our normal weekly workflow. Our team takes on projects that don’t neatly fit into any other team’s domain and we try to deeply immerse ourselves into the inner workings of the company, as context is essential to solving operational problems. We expect the nature of our projects to change considerably as we continue to scale, which is why we try to remain as versatile and agile as possible.
