Maria Pereda Ehrlich will join The Org’s New York City team as a Growth Manager, reporting to the VP of Growth, Dylan Enright. In this role, Maria will focus on ideating and executing growth strategies and initiatives for the company.
“I am excited to break the barriers of information and show companies the great benefits of being a transparent organization,” Maria said. “Free flow of information removes barriers between teams and companies, allowing them to efficiently produce their best output from day one.”
Maria started her career as an institutional trader at Morgan Stanley in New York City, where she managed relationships with hedge fund clients. In 2017, she joined TheVentureCity, an early-stage venture capital fund, as an investment manager. At TheVentureCity, Maria worked on fundraising initiatives, sourced deals, and designed data-driven portfolio management strategies.
A Venezuelan native who grew up in Spain, Maria moved to the United States in 2011. “I don’t have a simple answer when asked ‘where are you from?’ Truly, I feel I am a bit from everywhere,” she said. Outside of work, you can find Maria hosting gatherings for friends and family at home or on a road trip to the ski resorts and mountains.
