Maria Pereda Ehrlich joins The Org’s Growth Team, The Org

Maria Pereda Ehrlich will join The Org’s New York City team as a Growth Manager, reporting to the VP of Growth, Dylan Enright. In this role, Maria will focus on ideating and executing growth strategies and initiatives for the company.

“I am excited to break the barriers of information and show companies the great benefits of being a transparent organization,” Maria said. “Free flow of information removes barriers between teams and companies, allowing them to efficiently produce their best output from day one.”

Maria started her career as an institutional trader at Morgan Stanley in New York City, where she managed relationships with hedge fund clients. In 2017, she joined TheVentureCity, an early-stage venture capital fund, as an investment manager. At TheVentureCity, Maria worked on fundraising initiatives, sourced deals, and designed data-driven portfolio management strategies.

A Venezuelan native who grew up in Spain, Maria moved to the United States in 2011. “I don’t have a simple answer when asked ‘where are you from?’ Truly, I feel I am a bit from everywhere,” she said. Outside of work, you can find Maria hosting gatherings for friends and family at home or on a road trip to the ski resorts and mountains.

 The Org Hires Jenny Nilsson as a Visual Designer

Jenny Nilsson will be joining The Org’s Copenhagen team as a Visual Designer. She will be reporting directly to Alexander Juhl Bendt, the Head of Design. In her role, Jenny will be developing brand identity and creating visual assets. When asked about what drew her to The Org, Jenny said she was excited to be a part of a fast-growing company. “I’m excited to work with so many people from so many different backgrounds, that’s truly a big inspiration for me,” she said. “Having the chance to join a fast-growing start-up, to be a part of the growth and work with a product you believe in.” Before joining The Org, Jenny worked as a motion designer at Designit, in Copenhagen. She worked on a variety of projects with clients from various industries, from concept development to brand, illustration, and motion design. During her time as a student at Hyper Island, Jenny worked as a freelancer, focusing on graphic design, brand design, concept development, and motion graphics. Born and raised in Malmö, Sweden, Jenny moved to Copenhagen in March 2019. You can find Jenny on nature walks outside of work, playing extreme sports, cooking, or hanging out with her friends.

Miguel Angel Ojeda Joins The Org’s Growing Research Team

The Org is excited to announce that Miguel Angel Ojeda has joined the company as the newest member of its research team. Based out of New York City. As a Researcher, Miguel will be responsible for building and maintaining organizational charts in an effort to expand The Org’s database of org charts. He will also work closely with the content team to deliver updates on the latest executive moves and team changes across industries. “I truly identify with The Org’s mission to make organizations more transparent,” Miguel said when asked what excited him about his new opportunity. “I have had the opportunity to experience the benefits of having access to an organizational chart both from an onboarding and project management standpoint, and I want to help others have similar experiences. I am also passionate about the power that organizational charts have to improve decision-making, accountability, and talent attraction.” Before joining The Org, Miguel worked in the knowledge search industry, helping connect executives at a variety of firms with the knowledge they were searching for. Miguel has also had experience in marketing and compliance roles within the medical technology industry, as well as exposure to editorship within the non-profit sector. When he isn’t on the clock, Miguel is an avid runner and a lifelong European football fan. Originally from San Diego, California he enjoys making the occasional trip home to spend time with his family and his four dogs.
