The Org has added Parker Young to its rapidly growing Growth team as a Partnerships Manager focused on customer success. Parker works out of the New York office and reports to Head of Partnerships Adam Bruskin.
His responsibilities include managing relationships with The Org's verified customers to help them get as much value as possible out of the platform. He also experiments with ways to improve the customer experience and serve as my customers' advocate with the product team.
“I believe that great access to information and transparency into what everyone does and is working on can make work more human and more productive,” Parker stated. “In my role at The Org, I get to help customers realize those ideas and build more authentic and effective businesses.”
Before joining The Org, he spent time at Greenhouse Software in recruiting technology. While at Greenhouse he held positions on the firm’s Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
Outside of work the native of Chevy Chase, Maryland enjoys live music, NBA basketball, and reading Sci-Fi novels.
