As a Senior Product Manager, Antoine’s role is to focus on users' unmet needs and find ways to solve them, in turn allowing The Org to thrive. To do this, he relies on three key tools: Talking with our users, looking at hard data, and first principle thinking, which means always going back to the why.
What first drawn Antoine to The Org was the magnitude of both the challenge at hand and the ambition. “It's not everyday someone builds a LinkedIn competitor,” he exclaimed. “Having scaled teams myself, I know the challenges of building a great culture and finding the right talents, so I could really identify with The Org’s mission.”
Prior to accepting his new challenge, Antoine built and grew digital products both for big companies and startups, including building an online loyalty program for a major retailer and growing a youth football social network to over 1 million users. Most recently, he co-founded Wedding Bear, a SaaS company serving the wedding industry that reached €8,000 monthly recurring revenue until the wedding industry came to a halt due to the COVID pandemic.
Outside of work the Paris native enjoys walking in Copenhagen with his dog, Baroo. He is also an obsessive chess player, which he admits is “living proof you can be both passionate and very bad at something.”
He added that “being French, what still makes me the happiest is some Burgundy wine and a cheese platter enjoyed with my loved ones.”
