The Org Elevates Daniel Ollgaard to VP of Revenue, The Org

After a year of hard work, Daniel Ollgaard has been promoted to serve as The Org’s first-ever VP of Revenue.

In his new role, Daniel will be responsible for exploring additional revenue-generating solutions that support The Org's mission to make organizations more transparent. he will continue to lead the Scout team to achieve their full potential.

“I’m really excited to be stepping into a role which will allow myself and my team to both build out Scout and to start exploring all these other opportunities,” Daniel commented. “As the platform for the future of work, The Org has huge potential to create highly valuable commercial products across industry verticals.”

Since joining the company in April 2020, Daniel has played a key role in establishing our first revenue-generating product Scout. Under Daniel’s management, the Scout team has continued to not only reach and exceed their own sales targets but also support The Org’s growth as a whole.

His ability to attract, retain, and motivate great talent has and will continue to set him and the Scout team up for success when it comes to product innovation, execution, and scaling.

Parker Young Joins The Org as a Partnerships Manager

The Org has added Parker Young to its rapidly growing Growth team as a Partnerships Manager focused on customer success. Parker works out of the New York office and reports to Head of Partnerships Adam Bruskin. His responsibilities include managing relationships with The Org's verified customers to help them get as much value as possible out of the platform. He also experiments with ways to improve the customer experience and serve as my customers' advocate with the product team. “I believe that great access to information and transparency into what everyone does and is working on can make work more human and more productive,” Parker stated. “In my role at The Org, I get to help customers realize those ideas and build more authentic and effective businesses.” Before joining The Org, he spent time at Greenhouse Software in recruiting technology. While at Greenhouse he held positions on the firm’s Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams. Outside of work the native of Chevy Chase, Maryland enjoys live music, NBA basketball, and reading Sci-Fi novels.

The Org Elevates Ditte Vedsted Dyrvig to Director of Partnerships

Ditte Vedsted Dyrvig has a new role on The Org’s Growth team. Effective immediately, she has been elevated to Director of Partnerships. In this new role, Ditte’s area of responsibility centers around being a trusted adviser for The Org’s customers, driving value through the platform, facilitating product adoption, and helping enterprises understand the power The Org offers to teams. This is Ditte’s second internal move since she joined The Org. She first joined as a member of the Research team in February 2020 before taking on a new challenge on the Growth team as a Customer Success Manager in September 2020. “Ditte exemplifies a great colleague and the culture of The Org. She is incredible, hardworking, motivated, and compassionate and brings so much hygge to the company,” Head of Partnerships Adam Bruskin said. “It’s also admirable how she has worn multiple different hats and grow multiple different departments in her year-plus at The Org. I'm very excited to see how Ditte continues to grow personally and help the team as she takes on her responsibilities in this new role.” Ditte’s promotion comes as she is expecting a new addition to her family in the coming weeks. “I am happy and some ways also proud to be working in a company that just days before a woman goes on maternity leave gives her a promotion,” Ditte added, “I think that tells a lot about the people and culture at The Org.”
