In her new role, Sara will be working on Scout projects, The Org’s startup-centric alternative to traditional recruitment research. She will be responsible for project delivery, streamlining both the internal process and external deliverables, and working with the rest of the Business Development team to productize Scout.
Sara was drawn to The Org “because of what the company stands for and has to offer.” She added, “I'm excited about working with a team that is so welcoming and passionate about what they're doing, and making a difference through the work they do.”
Before joining The Org, Sara began her career at Gerson Lehrman Group, where she worked for almost four years in both Austin, Texas, and New York City. In that role, she worked with private equity firms and hedge funds on their market research and investment due diligence. After GLG, she worked at Russell Reynolds Associates as a Research Associate on the firm’s Boards and CEO Advisory Practice. At RRA, Sara had a focus on consulting companies about the changing landscape around boards, including analyzing and advising them on shifts around diversity and the onset of technology.
Outside of work, the native of Dhaka, Bangladesh loves to read (last year she read 50 books), travel with friends, and even do math when she’s bored. She also loves a good meal and wants to eat at as many different restaurants as she can, a mission she hopes to resume after the pandemic.
