Ditte’s main responsibilities in this new role include customer service and communications. She will be the primary liaison between users and the rest of the team and therefore critical to product development. Ditte will build and continually improve a high-touch and scalable system to delight our users. Her ultimate goal is to grow The Org via nurturing relationships with companies in the U.S. and around the world.
Ditte’s previous manager and VP of Research, Sara Michelsen, remarked, “Ditte is one of the most capable people I know. Ditte holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and has specialized within the fields of financial modeling, big data analysis and project management.
Ditte is Danish just like The Org. She currently lives in the West Village of New York City with her husband Emil and young daughter Aia.
