Team announcement
Valentina Herrero Joins The Orgs Research Team

The Org has hired Valentina Herrero as the newest member of its fast-growing Research team.
As a Researcher at The Org, her main role is to build and update organizational charts, with the goal of building a global database with all organizations and positions. She will also work closely as a liaison with the Growth team to ensure that our organizational charts are driving traffic and contributions.
She is excited to be part of a big change and a product that pushes transparency forward. “I’m grateful to be part of this process in such early stages, where every contribution, brainstorm session, and conversation counts, and where every voice is important.”
She went on to add, “I’m also excited to work with talented, creative, and amazing individuals who are passionate about The Org’s vision, and who work hard every day to achieve our goals as a team. Success is a long-term game, and it is very rewarding to be part of a team that will go through the wins and losses together, as a team. Rome wasn’t built in a day, but most importantly it wasn’t built by one person.”
After graduating from George Washington University in 2019, Valentina started her career at Collectively, a boutique social media agency, as a Community Coordinator. While at Collectively she primarily focused on recruiting and maintaining a database of social media creators to support the company’s creative campaigns
When she’s not in the office, Valentina enjoys reading anything that has to do with the brain, psychology, and neuroscience (she earned a double degree in Psychology and Organizational Behavior). She also loves to travel and bake.
