Susan Ainsworth

Susan is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and currently manages the billing staff, and accounts receivables for TherapySouth.

She has spent 25+ years working in the revenue cycle for both physicians and hospitals. Most recenlty, she worked for Brookwood Baptist Healthcare where she managed the revenue cycle for 55+ multi-specialty clinics throughout Alabama.

She is a Certified Patient Account Representative and a member of MGMA in Alabama. She also serves on the Palmetto GBA Advisory Board where she participates in determining the educational needs for Part B providers.

When not working, Susan is busy spending time with her family, husband Robby, her daughter Kaitlin, and daughter Sarah, son-in law Will (Blackburn) and newest member of the family grandson Hyde. Susan is also an active member of Hunter Street Baptist church.
