Clare Vick

Clare Vick has extensive experience in human resources, having held significant leadership roles in major organizations. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, Clare Vick served as Senior Director and HR Business Partner for Global Operations from January 2011 to October 2017. Previously, Clare Vick worked at Shell International Limited for over two decades, progressing through roles such as Senior HR Director for Europe and Head of UK Employee Relations and HR Policy. Clare Vick holds a 2:1 degree in Organisational Behaviour and Analysis from Lancaster University, earned from January 1982 to January 1985.
