Heather McCann

Heather McCann is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources for Global IT at Thermo Fisher Scientific since October 2020, Heather acts as a strategic advisor to the CIO, guiding HR initiatives that support a diverse workforce of over 6,000 employees. Previously, in roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Coldwater Creek and The Peabody Companies, Heather focused on aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a high-performance culture. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director of Culture and Talent at Cambridge BioMarketing and holding VP positions in HR at Rue La La and Cramer. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
