Previously, Julianna held various roles at Ingersoll Rand/Thermo King Corporation from 2004 to 2016, including Manager of OEM Sales for shuttle and school bus HVAC systems, where responsibilities included maintaining coordination among various departments and interfacing with customers to optimize sales performance. Julianna began with the company in aftermarket parts customer service, providing technical support and fostering strong customer relations. Julianna is pursuing a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, expected to be completed in 2023.
