Ronald Passafaro

Ronald Passafaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Director at both ThermoLift, Inc. and Lake Shore Savings Bank since June 2023 and May 2019, respectively, Ronald previously held the position of President & CEO at ECR International, Inc. from December 2010 to October 2021. Ronald's career includes significant roles as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at both ECR International (1999-2010) and Dunkirk Radiator Corporation (1989-1999), as well as a Sales Manager in the Diagnostic Division at Abbott Laboratories (1984-1989). Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Le Moyne College.
