Erin Sherman

Erin Sherman, MS, BCBA, LABA, is a highly experienced professional in the field of applied behavior analysis and neurodevelopmental services. Currently serving as Regional Clinical Manager at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC since April 2024, Erin has held various leadership positions including Neurodevelopmental Unit Director, Director of Autism Services, and ABA Clinical Director at Italian Home for Children from September 2020 to April 2024. Prior roles include BCBA at the Center for Applied Behavioral Instruction, Clinical Coordinator and Senior Clinician-Behavior Analyst at Melmark New England, and Level 2 Teacher at The New England Center for Children. Erin's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Political Science from Western New England University.
