QA Manager - Frontend at Theta Lake

Michelle Jarrett has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Michelle began their career as a BP Fashion Board for Nordstrom, where they planned, marketed, and implemented a fundraiser to fight sex trafficking. In 2012, they became a Tutor at Santa Barbara City College, advising and maintaining relationships with students from 5 Communication Theory and Research Methods classes. In 2013, they held three different positions: an In Store Representative/Lead Generator for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC, a Research Assistant for the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Technical Support Representative for ONTRAPORT. At ONTRAPORT, they were promoted to Lead Technical Support Representative, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Quality Assurance Analyst Manager. In 2022, they were hired as a QA Manager - Frontend at Theta Lake.

Michelle Jarrett began their education in 2009 at Santa Barbara City College, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) in Communication Science in 2012. In the same year, they obtained a Tutor Certification from the College Reading & Learning Association. Michelle then attended UC Santa Barbara, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication, General in 2013.
