Kelly S. Doss is a board member at Thin Film Electronics and a former marketing strategy consultant. Kelly has also held various marketing positions at Wrigley, Beam Suntory, and Starbucks Coffee Liqueur.

Doss began their career in 2006 as the global director of freshening platforms at Wrigley. In this role, they were responsible for creating strategic platforms for three global freshening brands and gaining alignment across 14 markets.

In 2008, Doss became the vice president of North American marketing at Beam Suntory, where they were charged with leading the development and implementation of an end-to-end consumer management platform. This required shifting the global marketing culture and dialog to focus on "insights to in-store" by leveraging data to continuously optimize consumer engagement strategies.

Doss remained with Beam Suntory until 2014, when they left to pursue consulting work. In 2015, they rejoined Beam Suntory as the global vice president of consumer marketing. In this role, they were responsible for the development and implementation of an end-to-end consumer management platform. This required shifting the global marketing culture and dialog to focus on "insights to in-store" by leveraging data to continuously optimize consumer engagement strategies.

Doss left Beam Suntory in 2016 to join Thin Film Electronics as a board member.

Kelly S Doss has a MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts - BA from University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts in German Studies, International Relations.
