Patricia Davis has over two decades of work experience in the legal profession. Patricia began their career in 1996 as Senior Patent Counsel at Boston Scientific. In 2001, they moved to Cynosure, Inc. where they served in two roles: Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary. In 2015, they became the Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary at Mevion Medical Systems. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Secretary at Conformis, Inc. and also became a Director at HydroGlyde Coatings. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Lutronic Aesthetics, Inc. and in 2020, they assumed the role of Chief Legal Officer, Compliance Officer & Secretary at THINK Surgical.

Patricia Davis attended Suffolk University Law School from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD). Prior to that, they attended Northeastern University from 1983 to 1987, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
