Renée Desoto

Renée Desoto is the Vice President of Operations for Thinkwell Media at Thinkwell Group. Renée has over 20 years of experience in operations and management, with a focus on media and video entertainment products. Prior to joining Thinkwell, they were the Vice President of Operations for space150 (formerly ONE+K), a space150 company. Renée also spent four years as the Operations Manager for Captions, Inc. Renée is a proven leader with a track record of successful product launches and operational improvements. Renée is passionate about their work and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and quality.

Renée Desoto has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Colorado State University and a BA from California State University, Northridge. Renée also has certification from LinkedIn in Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Leading Inclusive Teams, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Unconscious Bias.

They work with Tyler Rinehart - VP, Production, Los Angeles, Regina Eise - SVP, Finance. Renée Desoto reports to François Bergeron, Chief Strategic Officer.
