He brings leading-edge strategic insight, and an impressive breadth and depth of knowledge, coupled with extensive front line digital transformation experience to his role as CEO.

Previously, Andy was Associate Director at Javelin Group (acquired by Accenture Strategy in 2015) and an Operations Development Manager responsible for business change at Tesco.com. He holds a BSc and MSc in Physics from Warwick University.
