Zyad A. Ali

Zyad A. Ali is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Lead for Backend at Thndr since July 2025. Prior to this role, Zyad was employed at Luciq from August 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included serving as the technical lead for backend development across multiple teams, focusing on various Instabug products such as application metrics and AI solutions. Zyad's career began with roles as a Software Engineer and Backend Software Intern, as well as participation in the Google Summer of Code with gVisor in 2021. Zyad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Alexandria University.
