Colin Prince

Colin Prince is a Private Equity Associate at Thoma Bravo since February 2025, specializing in software investing. Prior to this role, Colin worked at Morgan Stanley from September 2022 to February 2025 as an ISG Rotational Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and in Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets within Fixed Income. Colin's experience at Morgan Stanley began in June 2021 as a Summer Analyst, where participation in two rotations across various desks was achieved. In June 2019, Colin served as a Solutions Consultant Intern at Smartsheet. Colin holds a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College, completed between 2018 and 2022, and studied Finance at UCLA for a portion of 2020. Colin is a graduate of IMG Academy, completing studies there from 2014 to 2018.
