Meenal Hate

Meenal Hate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as Senior General Manager – MICE at Thomas Cook India Limited since June 2025, where responsibilities include leading new business development initiatives and expanding the company's MICE footprint across India. Prior to this role, Meenal held various positions at Thomas Cook India from 2008 to 2023, including West India Sales Head for Leisure Travel and Business Head for Study Tours, contributing significantly to the establishment and growth of business units. Additionally, experience as MICE Head at Travelz Unlimited involved managing product, contracting, and operations for inbound MICE in the India and Middle East markets. Meenal began the career at Travel Corporation India as an Executive focused on MICE product and contracting. Meenal holds a Post Graduate Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Mumbai University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same university.
