Stephen Cuppello

Stephen Cuppello is an experienced professional in psychology and psychometrics, currently serving as the Director of Psychology at Thomas since June 2016, where responsibilities include managing a global team, product innovation, and academic engagement. Previous roles include Principal Research Psychologist, Senior Psychologist, and Psychology Data Analyst, focusing on psychometric development, client engagement, and research management. Prior to Thomas, Stephen worked at Pearson in various managerial roles overseeing international assessment programs and data management. Stephen holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Personality and Occupational Psychology from City St George's, with previous degrees in Applied Psychology and Psychology from the University of Portsmouth and The University of Manchester, respectively.
