Tricia Nichols, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CPXP, is currently the Director of Patient Experience for the North Region at Jefferson Health. Tricia previously served as the Director of Patient Experience at Jefferson Health Northeast and as Chair of the Patient Satisfaction Committee at Aria Health. Tricia has a background in nursing education and critical care, having worked as a critical care educator at Aria Health Care Inc. Tricia holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science and an MSN from Holy Family University, along with being a DNP candidate in Organizational Leadership.
