Jason Olinghouse

Jason Olinghouse has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since August 2022, after holding positions as Assistant General Manager and Dining Room Manager. Prior roles include General Manager at Elevated Q and Vice President of Operations at Indulge Wine Bar. Jason's tenure at Orchestrate Hospitality involved roles as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing food and beverage operations for a full-service hotel, and prior experience as Director of Restaurant Operations at Dark Side of the Spoon, managing operations for an eight-location restaurant group.
