Justin Weir

Justin Weir is an operations leader currently serving as an Operating Partner at Thompson Hospitality. With over a decade of experience managing multimillion-dollar hospitality operations, Justin has led high-performing teams and leveraged real-time data for critical business decisions. From 2009 to 2017, Justin honed culinary skills as a Chef at Eat to the Beat and later held various roles, including General Manager at Iron Rooster, LLC, and Wolo Food Truck & Catering. Recently, Justin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is now seeking opportunities in data analytics, forecasting, and visualization within government, finance, or tech sectors.
