Majeed Altmizi

Majeed Altmizi is an experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in development and application engineering. Currently serving at Thomson Industries, Inc. since March 2019, Majeed has previously held positions at Sigma Industry and Tetra Pak as a mechanical engineer, where work included collaboration in an agile Scrum team to implement corrective actions and integrate permanent solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a mechanical design engineer at KNAPP AG and completing a master's thesis focused on energy harvesting from mechanical vibrations at the Division of Mechanics, LTH. Additionally, Majeed has served as an engineering trainee at ArcelorMittal and has diverse early career experiences in various industries, starting from 2003. Majeed holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University.
