Gladys Xiques

Gladys Xiques is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the investment management and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Global Chief Compliance Officer for Thornburg Investment Management since September 2025, Gladys previously held significant leadership roles at The TCW Group from February 2015 to August 2025, including Group Managing Director and Senior Vice President. Prior tenure includes positions at KKR as Director of Compliance Counsel, and at Barclays Wealth and Lehman Brothers in vice president roles related to investment management legal. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Counsel for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and an associate at Luboja and Thau. Gladys holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and an AB in Public Policy from Brown University.
