Thought Industries names Therese Kelleher as SVP, Customer Experience
Customer training platform Thought Industries has promoted Therese Kelleher as its new Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. Ms. Kelleher will take up the role immediately, overseeing the company’s account management, customer success and technical success & support departments, as well as customer-facing teams. She will report to company president Robin Wadsworth. Ms. Kelleher has more than 20 years of experience working in customer-centric leadership roles, including at start-up and enterprise level companies. She has expertise in sales, strategy, account and global management, and is tasked with focusing Thought Industries’ operational infrastructure.
