My name is Bob Baxley and I am a designer, executive, advisor, and mentor with a demonstrated ability to imagine, design, and specify world-class software products. Intensely proud of the teams and individuals I’ve hired and developed, I’ve had the good fortune to be part of some of the world’s most notable companies including Apple, Pinterest, and Yahoo!. With work spanning search, social media, e-commerce, and finance, I’ve been able to touch hundreds of millions of Web, mobile and desktop users around the world. Whether functioning as a designer or a leader, I strive to follow some the world’s great bass players — setting the tempo without taking the spotlight, anchoring the band while leaving them space to explore, and creating work that is relevant and timeless.
