Florian Schouten

Florian Schouten is an experienced leader in product management and design, currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at ThoughtSpot since July 2023. Previously held the position of Vice President of Product & Design at Mode from November 2022 to July 2023 and served as a Board Member at the Value Stream Management Consortium from December 2021 to October 2022. From June 2020 to October 2022, Florian was the VP of Product Management for Value Stream Intelligence & Platform at Digital.ai. Before that, from November 2013 to June 2020, contributed to Numerify as VP of Customer Success & Product Management/Strategy and Senior Director of Customer Success. Florian's career began at Oracle, where roles included Senior Director of Product Management/Strategy and Director of Development, among others. Prior work experience includes serving as a Business Software Consultant at Advance Planning Solutions, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Tilburg University and an MTD in Mathematical Decision Support Models from Delft University of Technology.
