Mike Fahey

Mike Fahey is the current General Counsel at Thrasio. Prior to this, they were with SeriesX, 5370 Technology Solutions, and HomeServe USA. Mike was with HomeServe from June 2016 to May 2020, serving as Deputy General Counsel. In this role, they were responsible for M&A and commercial transactions, litigation, government relations and other matters.

Mike Fahey has a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a BA from Manhattan College, and a certification from the Kauffman Fellows in Venture Deals Certification. Mike also has a certification from the New York State Bar Association in Member, and a certification from the Solicitors Regulation Authority in Solicitor, England & Wales.

They work with Mounir Ouhadi - Chief Supply Chain Officer, Marianne Jackson - Interim Chief People Officer, and Brian Cooper - CFO. Mike Fahey reports to Greg Greeley, CEO & Board Member.
