Erin Iglehart

Erin Iglehart, CFE, currently serves as the Senior Director of Franchise Development at Threshold Brands since January 2025. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Director of Franchise Development at WellBiz Brands, Inc. from January 2024 to January 2025, and at Home Helpers Home Care from January 2022 to January 2024. Erin's experience also includes serving as a Franchise Business Consultant at CarePatrol Franchise Systems, LLC from July 2019 to January 2022, and a variety of roles at Massage Envy Spa from June 2008 to July 2019, including Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Additionally, Erin worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO at European Wax Center from June 2012 to January 2015. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development and Organizational Leadership from the University of Louisville, and a Master of Health Administration from LSU Shreveport.
