Phil Gerbaulet-Vanasse

Phil Gerbaulet-Vanasse currently serves as the Vice President of Operations Commercialization at Thrive Freeze Dry since April 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Cacique Foods, LLC. as Director of Engineering, and Beyond Meat as Sr. Director of Product Commercialization, overseeing product development from feasibility to launch. Phil Gerbaulet-Vanasse has also held significant positions at Land O'Frost and Kraft Foods Group, focusing on engineering, business development, and new product launches across various food categories. A former Lt. in the US Navy, Phil Gerbaulet-Vanasse holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Rochester.
