Dominic Bortolussi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Thrive Career Wellness Platform since January 2019, Dominic emphasizes customer value through product innovation and strategic communication. As the founder of Caravan Ventures, Dominic supports Canadian entrepreneurs, while also co-founding Global Skills Hub, which facilitates the immigration of top technical talent to Canada. Additionally, Dominic advises Retreat Guru, connects insurers and brokers at Briza as CFO and COO until June 2024, and has a longstanding history with The Working Group, which was acquired by Deloitte Canada in 2021. Dominic's expertise also extends to guiding the IDEABOOST accelerator program at the Canadian Film Centre and advising emerging financial platforms like FRNT Financial.
